The Zoo in the rain January 17, 2008

                        

Miles took me to the zoo in the rain per his request last Wednesday.  We had a blast running from the lions to the penquins and up to the gardens which were surprisingly beautiful…for January.  These shots were taken before I tripped on a brick!  As I fell, I watched my camera hit the ground…crunch.  As it is off being fixed, I feel a bit lost.  I realize how I depend on my extra “eye” and how I miss capturing every little thing!  I  am inspired to start shooting this year as soon as I get it back!  Spring is near and the gardens I will admire as I walk with my son.
